Your order becomes available for online status-tracking 24 hours after it has been placed. You will receive the' order number' from us at your submitted email id. To find out the status of your order using the order number you receive from us, please visit this link: Order Tracking
HOW TO ORDER
Once you have selected the items you want to purchase, you are ready to place your order. We offer a four-step ordering process:
- Finalizing the items in your Shopping Cart
- Completing shipping and billing information
- Reviewing your order
- Receiving an order confirmation
The shopping cart contains all the items you selected while shopping. During this step, you can add or delete items, change quantities and request gift-wrapping.
STEP 2: SHIPPING & BILLING
You are asked to provide your billing address as well as the shipping address for any gift recipients.
STEP 3: REVIEWING YOUR ORDER
Your order will be sorted by shipping address for your review. You can make changes or go ahead and place your order.
STEP 4: ORDER CONFIRMATION
A final summary and confirmation of your order appears, along with the phone number for Customer Service in case you need assistance.
You can use the order number on this page to track the status of your order online through Order Tracking 24 hours after it has been placed.
RETURNS POLICY
At The Yellow door, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials and construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage. We will then make arrangements for picking up the damaged pcs and arrange for a prompt replacement. We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
If you are not satisfied with your product you can e-mail us with 3 days of purchase. You can return merchandise through the courier (at your cost) and take a refund. However the courier cost will not be re-funded. For detailed procedures for returning items through the mail, please contact us on the phone- 7 days a week, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (IST)
There will no returns on Bulk items or on discounted items.
